He was born on September 2, 1975 in Uspenka village, Shet district, Karaganda region. In 1996, he graduated from E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University with the specialty of economist .
Career
He started his career in 1996 as an economist at the Temirtau branch of JSC Kazkommertsbank.
Since 1998, he has been in the civil service. He worked in the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Trade as the chief specialist of the Export Control and Licensing Department. In 2002, he became deputy head of the same department.
In 2006, he was Deputy Chief of Staff of the Akim of Pavlodar region.
From 2006 to 2008 – Akim of Pavlodar district of Pavlodar region.
From 2008 to 2009 he was the head of the Entrepreneurship and Industry Department of Pavlodar region.
He held the post of the Head of the territorial administration – Chairman of the Disciplinary Board of the Management of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Karaganda, South Kazakhstan regions and Nur-Sultan city.
From 2013 to 2018, he was the akim of Saryarka, Almaty and Yesil districts in Astana.
In 2018, he was appointed State Inspector of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2018 to 2020, he served as Deputy Akim of the Karaganda region.
From September 2020 to December 2022 – Akim of Karaganda city.
On December 8, 2022, he was appointed akim of the Karaganda region.
He was awarded “Honor” Order and “For Valiant Labor” Medal.
