Transservice LLP owns a land plot with a total area of 101,000 m² for the development of warehouse facilities, including 7,309 m² of warehouse space and an approved feasibility study.

Market
The Republic of Kazakhstan occupies a strategically important position in the system of international transport and logistics routes in Eurasia, providing connectivity between the markets of China, Central Asia, and Europe. Against the backdrop of the transformation of global supply chains and the growing importance of alternative land routes, Kazakhstan is one of the key transit hubs in the region.
There are 12 international transport corridors across the country, including 5 railways and 7 motorways, which handle up to 85% of land freight traffic between China and Europe. The development of the Middle Corridor and China-Europe routes plays a significant role in this system.
What is the project attractiveness?
Advantageous location. Strategic location in one of Central Asia's key logistics hubs, as well as the opportunity to integrate into the Belt and Road Initiative and serve the China-Central Asia-Europe corridor. A specialized industrial and logistics platform with a total area of approximately 101,000 m², focused on the development of modern logistics solutions and services in the field of supply chain management. Developed logistics infrastructure near industrial facilities.
Multimodal haulage. The logistics hub provides the opportunity to use different modes of transport (including rail) simultaneously, which significantly increases throughput and transport volume. Exporters are offered a choice of the optimal mode of transport depending on the characteristics of the cargo, distance, and required delivery times.
State support. The project is included in the list of priority sectors for state support, within the framework of the existing investment contract, which provides for exemption from:
- Customs duties on imports of technological equipment and components thereof;
- Customs duties on imports of spare parts, raw materials, and supplies;
- Value added tax on imports of raw materials and supplies.
Investment proposal
The Project requires investment of 12,230 thousand USD (at the rate of 495,5 tenge), of which:
- 50% (6 115 thousand USD ) – own capital;
- 50% (6 115 thousand USD) – investor participation.
The final financing structure and Project interests will be determined based on the results of negotiations with the investor.
