Socio-entrepreneurial Corporation
The main objective of the SEC Saryarka is to promote the economic and social development of the region, which is achieved through:
- consolidation of public and private partnerships, including with the participation of foreign investors,
- introducing high-tech advanced solutions
- creation of new and modernization of existing competitive industries in priority sectors of the regional economy.
We carry out the financing of projects by entering into the authorized capital of enterprises created jointly with the investor, and the dividends received are directed to reinvestment and financing of new projects, as well as the implementation of social projects for the Karaganda region.

The priority areas of financing for entrepreneurial activities for JSC “NC“ SEC “Saryarka” are: the sphere of subsoil use, the non-primary sector, including construction of the Industrial Park Metallurgy-Metalworking, raw materials, agro-industrial sector, ensuring food security in the region and the formation of a stabilization fund.
Also important areas of activity are investing in innovative, manufacturing and processing enterprises, financing venture start-ups.
